ABOUT US

When the war in Artsakh erupted on September 27, 2020, the Armenian Diaspora mobilized and took immediate action. We witnessed firsthand the Diaspora’s dedication to helping our brothers and sisters in the homeland. From organizing fundraisers to staging protests, communities across the diaspora flooded the streets to assist the Armenians of Artsakh in any way possible.
Since the start of the war, we have been providing humanitarian aid to families who have been displaced from Artsakh, and to families of fallen soldiers and volunteers.
The war in Artsakh may be over, but our work as the Diaspora is not.
UAD is continuing the work we started by connecting the Armenian Diaspora with the homeland through various ongoing projects.

Our vision is to create a global community that stands together, shoulder to shoulder, to uplift and empower Armenians wherever they may be.

Our mission is to provide a platform for Armenians to come together and make a meaningful impact. Through transparent and accountable initiatives, we aim to channel resources towards projects that strengthen the Armenian identity, culture, and socio-economic well-being.

We are committed to addressing pressing issues such as the needs of displaced families from Artsakh, the rehabilitation of wounded heroes, and the revitalization of essential community infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and orphanages.

With a passionate belief in the potential of collective action, we strive to build a stronger, more resilient Armenian diaspora that stands as a beacon of hope and support for all Armenians, both within our homeland and scattered across the globe. YERABLUR Flower Ceremony Honoring the Lives Lost in the Artsakh War

The YERABLUR Flower Ceremony serves as a solemn commemoration of the lives tragically lost on September 27, 2020, during the Artsakh War. This poignant event aims to pay tribute to the fallen heroes and innocent civilians who bravely defended their homeland. Through a symbolic display of flowers at the YERABLUR Memorial Complex, we seek to remember, honor, and reflect upon their sacrifices. On September 27, 2021, Armenians from Diaspora and Armenia joined in solidarity in remembrance of all Armenian lives lost in 2020 putting 1 flower on every stone creating a powerful visual representation of remembrance and respect.
